Class 1 Container Driver – Part Time – Stanford-le-Hope

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Container drivers based in Stanford Le Hope. Days and Nights available

Requirements:

*

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

*

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

*

Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience (Preferred)

*

Strong understanding of transport legislation and road safety

*

Flexible approach to work

*

DP World Card (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

*

Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles to transport goods, including hazardous materials, in a safe and timely manner

*

Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure all documentation is correctly completed

*

Follow all company procedures and health & safety protocols

*

Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner

*

Load and unload goods, where necessary

*

Communicate effectively with transport managers and site personnel

Salary: £17 – £22/hour PAYE OR UMBRELLA
