Tender Care Givers is recruiting on behalf of a trusted care provider for a Part-Time Children’s Support Worker based in Bristol. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to support children who may have experienced trauma, emotional challenges, or who live with neurodiverse conditions such as autism or ADHD.

As a Support Worker, you’ll become a steady and caring presence in a child’s life, helping to build their confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing through consistency, empathy, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children in day-to-day routines and community activities

Build positive, trusting relationships as a role model and steady influence

*

Promote safety, emotional resilience, and healthy development

*

Keep care plans and records updated (full training provided)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children or a genuine passion for the role

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Patience, empathy, and resilience

*

A valid UK driving licence (essential)

*

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends

*

Commitment to complete a funded residential childcare qualification (if not already held)
