Are you an experienced

Care & Support Worker

with a passion for supporting people with

ASD/ learning disabilities

to live fulfilling, active and independent lives?

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and caring people to join our team in the

Pontypridd area

, supporting a group of clients to enjoy their lives, build meaningful relationships and get involved in their local community.

What will you be doing?

Every day is different. You’ll support our clients with the things that matter to them, including:

Going for walks and exploring the local community

??

Trips to the cinema

??

Swimming and other activities

??

Building positive, trusting relationships

??

Developing routines and encouraging independence

??

Supporting clients to access their community and social activities

??

Helping people try new experiences and enjoy the things they love

What we offer

£16.25 per hour + holiday pay

Holiday pay is

accrued up to 28 days per year, including bank holidays

Friday night shifts available
