About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Advisory Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join a leading school in South East London.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with communication difficulties, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing specialist assessment and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).

* Advising and supporting teaching staff on strategies to enhance communication within the classroom.

* Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans and monitoring progress.

* Leading training sessions and workshops for staff and parents on SLCN strategies.

* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students.

* Contributing to the development of school policies and practices related to speech and language therapy.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and interventions.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist who has:

* A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy.

* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

* Significant experience working with children with SLCN, preferably in an educational setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
