Accounts Payable Administrator – Part Time –

Our client based in Swanwick is looking to recruit a part time accounts payable administrator –

Part Time – 4 days per week – 9am – 5pm

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing of invoices & coding

• Statement Checking

• Preparing Supplier Payment Runs via Sage 50 E-Payments

• Liaising with our Suppliers when queries arise, new accounts, or payment terms

• CIS Sub-contractor Payments via Sage 50 Essential/Preferable

• Sage 50 experience – Essential

• Book Keeping experience- Preferable

• Attention to detail, ensure accurate coding when inputting of invoices – Essential

• Microsoft Excel etc – Essential

• Ability to work as part of a team – Essential

• Confident, Professional & polite communicator – Essential

• Own Transport due to location

• Sub-Contractor CIS Sage – Preferable

Salary: £18000 – £20000/annum
