As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced SEO professional to become our Senior SEO Strategist & Organic Growth Lead.

This is not a traditional production SEO role.

We’re looking for someone whose experience strengthens strategy, improves decision-making, develops the knowledge of those around them and helps ensure our SEO services continue to deliver exceptional commercial results.

The Opportunity

Working alongside our management team, SEO delivery team and AI-assisted research processes, you’ll provide the strategic direction that underpins both our client SEO services and WEBPRO’s own organic growth.

Your role is to ensure every SEO strategy we develop is technically sound, commercially focused and capable of delivering measurable results.

You’ll review strategies, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, mentor our team, contribute to major client discussions and help shape the future of WEBPRO’s SEO methodology.

Most importantly, you’ll ensure everything we do continues moving in the right direction.

Your Responsibilities

As our Senior SEO Strategist & Organic Growth Lead, you will:

* Review, refine and approve SEO strategies before implementation.

* Ensure our SEO recommendations align with our clients’ commercial objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

* Review campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.

* Identify opportunities where campaigns can be accelerated or refined.

* Challenge assumptions and provide experienced, evidence-based recommendations.

* Mentor and develop the knowledge of our wider team—including SEO delivery, account management and leadership—helping WEBPRO continually strengthen its SEO capability.

* Support our management team during strategic client meetings where senior SEO expertise is required.

* Contribute technical expertise to proposals and new business opportunities, helping clients understand the value of our recommendations and giving them confidence in our approach.

* Help evolve WEBPRO’s SEO methodology, standards and best practices.

* Lead the strategic organic growth of WEBPRO’s own websites, including keyword planning, content strategy, information architecture, topical authority, technical SEO direction and ongoing optimisation.

* Work alongside AI-assisted research, validating, refining and strengthening recommendations before implementation.

* Keep WEBPRO at the forefront of Google’s evolving search landscape, including AI-powered search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and future developments in organic search.

What This Role Isn’t

This isn’t a traditional production SEO role.

You won’t be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of client SEO campaigns or acting as another SEO Executive.

Our delivery team is responsible for implementing agreed strategies. Your role is to provide strategic direction, technical oversight and continuous review, ensuring we’re always implementing the right strategy and continually improving results.

For WEBPRO’s own websites, you’ll lead the organic growth strategy and contribute directly to high-value strategic initiatives that help drive our own business forward.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

* 8–10+ years’ commercial SEO experience gained within an agency or in-house environment.

* A proven track record of delivering sustained organic growth.

* Strong technical SEO expertise.

* Excellent understanding of content strategy, search intent, topical authority and information architecture.

* Experience interpreting Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO data to make informed strategic decisions.

* A solid understanding of how AI is changing search and how businesses should adapt.

* The confidence to challenge ideas and recommend better approaches.

* Experience mentoring or developing SEO professionals.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* A commercial mindset focused on achieving business outcomes rather than simply improving rankings.
